With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he specializes in strategic financial planning, auditing, regulatory compliance, credit risk management, and internal controls.

Oladimeji’s career spans multinational financial institutions, primarily in West Africa, where he has demonstrated expertise in navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes. As the former Technical Adviser to the Managing Director of Heritage Bank, he played a pivotal role in shaping the bank’s financial strategies. His experience also includes leading internal audits across Africa and the UK, overseeing subsidiary audits in multiple African countries.

His exposure to diverse regulatory frameworks highlights his adaptability and deep understanding of the financial services sector, enabling him to excel in complex business environments. A continuous learner and advocate for innovation, Oladimeji brings a forward-thinking approach to his work.

He has enhanced his expertise through advanced training programs, including the Senior Management Program at Lagos Business School. He is also a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
