A facilitator of over 20 years’ experience, dare is  actively involved in facilitating at Leadership and Change management programs, Executive mentoring and life skills development programs.

Dare has led business turn-around initiates in the past 19 years in the following capacities; as Marketing Manager and General Manager (Marketing) in a Tyre manufacturing company and Managing Director in two different companies that are involved in the manufacturing of coatings and allied products. All the companies have been Publicly Quoted in the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Dare is currently engaged in developing and hand holding the execution of corporate transformation initiatives for both SME and Large Scale/ Publicly Quoted organizations.

Leveraging 34 years’ experience in operating in the Nigerian market, working with global organizations and relating with international businesses in Europe, South Africa and Asia, dare is currently involved in the provision of BUSINESS CLINIC and KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE programs for manufacturing and services industries in Nigeria. He is associated by affiliation with Tom Associates and Theta and Alpha consults both Nigerian companies and is certified by Connemara, a South Africa company to develop foot prints for the INSIGHT DISCOVERY tools in Nigeria and West Africa. All the organizations are involved in Human capacity building and learning solutions development with the active support of Insight discovery tools. He is also involved with Fortis Consult in the provision of strategy development and implementation for institution repositioning and transformation.

Dare was certified for the application of TTI success insights behavior and motivation program in April 2016. Certification was in South Africa. He is an active participant in the Coaching Academy programs for Coaches.

Dare’s vision is to deplore his learnings and experiences at developing initiatives for engaging individuals, teams and organizations in Never Ending Improvement Programs for fulfilling their potentials. His interests span working with organizations that have focus on sustainable profitable growth driven by strong corporate governance principles and beliefs.
