A seasoned professional, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, and a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds memberships in several esteemed professional bodies, including:

• Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
• Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).
• Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange.
• Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
• Associate Member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).

He began his professional career with Akintola Williams & Co. (now Akintola Williams Deloitte), where he received his foundational training in accounting. Over 23 years, he has garnered extensive experience in the private sector, holding leadership roles in both practice and corporate environments. His career highlights include:

• Head of Finance at NFI Insurance Company, Crossworld Securities Ltd, Standard Alliance Pension Managers Ltd, and Golden Securities Ltd.
• Former Managing Director/CEO of Golden Capital Group, overseeing Golden Securities Ltd, Synergy Asset Management Company Limited, and G.S. Investment Limited.

In addition to his corporate achievements, he has played a prominent role in professional and business advocacy. He served as a Council Member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) from 2020 to 2022, during which he was the Chairman of the Professional Business Group. Currently, he is a member of the Finance and General Purpose Committee of the LCCI, a role he has held since January 2024.
